Wolves v Bolton Wanderers - Gold & Black Card Display Part 2 - Volunteers Required

Wolves Players Meet Volunteers

Wolves BulletHaving experienced yesterday's performance I have to keep telling myself we're currently going through a blip on the Wolves survival season mission, convincing myself it's only temporary! I'm sure Mick will have had the lads watching the re-runs of each of their performances and will get them fighting and playing like we know they can do come the weekend against Bolton.

Anyway, on to our part. Having successfully completed the first stadium 'Battle of the Stands' display where Steve Bull adjudged the South Bank to have won the first battle. We are now up against time to produce another stadium display for the Billy Wright stand to compete against the Steve Bull. This next card display will happen at Molineux this weekend just before the game against Bolton Wanderers on 5th December. We are hoping to again display the Wolves image to the rest of the world and hopefully show them we have some of the most passionate and loyal fans in the world, showing off our famous badge and colours, just to remind those that remember back in the day that we're back in the big time. We are utilising the effect it creates for all sorts of media outlets and that's why a lot more will be made of these displays than last time, the press and media have been informed again and our aim is to have the mainstream TV cameras capture the effect it creates. We will also hopefully have another local celebrity to judge the display and encourage people to participate at the required times just before the game.

We are hoping that you can help us again like the fantastic guys that volunteered last time and did such great jobs. You can then know you were a part of promoting Wolverhampton Wanderers and it's loyal supporters worldwide. The volunteers last week were even graced by the players who made a very welcome personal one to one appearance to thank all the volunteers for all their efforts and stayed to have photos taken and signed the volunteer's cards while even giving us some initiative ideas to use in the future! We will try to arrange the same again this week but there can be no promises due to the player's strict schedules.

Michael Kightly, Andy Surmon & Kevin Doyle were the first set of Wolves players to meet and thank some of our hard working volunteers

If you have any friends or relations who would be keen to help, they would be more than welcome to join us too, the more the merrier (and easier!!).

The main volunteer days this time will be Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th. We shall be at the ground each day from 10.00am to 10.00pm and you are free to come and go as you please. We may have to continue working on Friday until late to finish off if needed, although this will depend on how well we've done over the previous days.

Please do keep checking back here during the week for our current progress to save a wasted journey up to Molineux.

If you can spare any time, even just a couple of hours, we would be more than grateful. Please state which day/s and times you can manage in our provided form or email (details given below). We will then work out a rota so the work is shared out fairly and to make it as easy as we can for you all. We will also supply a form to fill out at the main reception that you must fill in first, please ask for this when you arrive and you will then be allowed through to join us once completed. This enables us to know who is in the stadium at any one time and for us to have your details should any future rewards be offered in exchange.

Wolves as always will be providing lunch and all day refreshments and will be extremely grateful to you for the help.

Please either:

1) Fill in the form below:
www.wolvesfans.org/Wolves-v-Bolton-volunteer-form

2) Or email tim.king@wolvesfans.org

3) Or call/text Paul King any time day or night on 07770 747724.

Thanks in advance for your continued support and really looking forward to hearing from you.
